|a جاءت دراستنا بهدف دراسة كل من الثنائية الإبداع وتحسين الأداء في المؤسسات المتخصصة وذلك لمعرفة مدى تأثير الإبداع على أداء المستخدمين في المركز جناوي على بقسنطينة، وذلك بدراسة تأثير كل عنصر من عناصر الإبداع (الطلاقة، المرونة الأصالة الحساسية للمشكلات المخاطرة) على الأداء الوظيفي بالمركز محل الدراسة. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لتناسبه مع الإشكالية واستخدمنا الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الدراسة الميدانية، كما تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، ويتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في 39 موظف في المركز، ومن خلال استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لفرضيات الدراسة وتساؤلاتها توصلنا إلى وجود أثر للإبداع على أداء المستخدمين في المركز جناوي على بقسنطينة.
|b Our study came with the aim of studying each of the dualities of creativity and improving performance in specialized institutions, in order to find out the extent of the impact of creativity on the performance of users in the Center janawi Ali in Constantine, by studying the effect of each element of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, risk) on job performance in the center under study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, to suit the problem, and we used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting field study data. Data was also collected, analyzed, and hypotheses tested using statistical packages for social sciences SPSS. The study population consists of 39 employees in the center, and through the use of some statistical methods appropriate to the hypotheses and questions of the study, we concluded that there is an impact of creativity on the performance of users in the center, janawi Ali, in Constantine.
