المستخلص: The present study aims first at highlighting the teaching materials used in the reading course, then, identifying the Algerian teachers’ and EFL students’ attitudes towards the integration of e-reading materials in reading comprehension. To collect the necessary data, two research instruments were employed: a teachers’ interview and a students’ questionnaire. The obtained results revealed that the population under investigation showed a positive attitude towards the integration of online materials as part of the reading comprehension course due to their importance in creating a context for English teaching and learning. Among the most significant conclusions drawn from the current study was the teachers’ and learners’ consciousness about the role that e-reading tools play in stimulating the students’ motivation towards the reading course and promoting their linguistic and communicative competencies.
