|a الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف انتهاكات النزاهة العلمية وممارسات الانتحال في الأداء البحثي لطلبة الجامعات، كما هدفت إلى استشراف وتقصي آليات الوقاية والتدخل لعلاج الظاهرة. المنهج: شارك في الدراسة عينة قوامها 202 طالبا وطالبة من قسم التربية الخاصة، التابع لكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت، وذلك باستخدام استبانة، صممت خصيصا لتحقيق الهدف الأول من الدراسة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، شارك 18 أستاذا أكاديميا في استبانات مغلقة ومفتوحة ضمن ثلاث جولات باستخدام أسلوب دلفي؛ وذلك بهدف التخطيط المستقبلي وتحقيق الهدف الثاني للدراسة. النتائج: كشفت الدراسة عن تنوع في أشكال الانتحال وممارساته والأسباب المؤدية له، وكذلك الحلول التي يقترحها الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم. قدمت الدراسة مقترحات لمعالجة الظاهرة، بما في ذلك الأدوار المتوقعة لإدارات الكليات الجامعية وأساتذة المقررات، ثم استشرفت حلا يتضمن إنشاء مركز متخصص، يهدف إلى تحسين الإنتاج العلمي والأداء البحثي للطلبة، على أن يتناول مهامه في ثلاث مراحل متتالية، تبدأ بالإرشاد والتوجيه، ثم الإثراء والتعزيز، وتنتهي بالتحقق والاستقصاء الخاتمة: طرحت الدراسة مجموعة من الحلول والبدائل للتعامل مع ممارسات الانتحال وانتهاكات النزاهة العلمية، كما قدمت جملة من التوصيات الموجهة لميادين البحث في المجال مستقبلا.
|b Objectives: This study aimed to identify violations of scientific integrity and practices of plagiarism in the research performance of university students. It also aimed to foresee and investigate the mechanisms of prevention and intervention to address the phenom-enon. Method: A sample of 202 students from the Special Educa- tion Department affiliated with the College of Basic Education in Kuwait participated in the study using a specially designed ques-tionnaire to meet the first objective of the study. In addition, 18 academic professors participated in closed and open questionnaires over three rounds using the Delphi method for future planning and achieving the second objective of the study. Results: The study revealed a variety in forms of plagiarism, its practices, the reasons leading to it, as well as the solutions proposed by the students from their perspective. The study also presented suggestions to address the phenomenon, including the expected roles of university college administrations and course professors. It then proposed a solution that includes establishing a specialised centre aimed at improving the scientific output and research performance of students. This would cover its tasks in three successive stages, starting with guid-ance and counselling, then enrichment and reinforcement, ending with verification and investigation. Conclusion: The study present-ed a range of solutions and alternatives to deal with the practices of plagiarism and violations of scientific integrity. It also provided several recommendations for future research in this area.
