|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على كيفية تطبيق الإشراف التربوي المدمج بالتعليم الثانوي في مصر في ضوء خبرة دولة سنغافورة، ومن خلال استخدام المنهج المقارن، تم التعرف على واقع الإشراف التربوي المدمج بالتعليم الثانوي في دولة سنغافورة، وتجربة مصر في مجال الإشراف التربوي المدمج، ووضع آليات مقترحة لتطوير الإشراف التربوي المدمج في مصر، تضمنت طرق تطوير الإشراف التربوي المدمج في مصر على ضوء خبرة سنغافورة، ضرورة تقديم إرشادات تساعد في وضع البرامج التي تطور العمل داخل المدرسة، التوعية الشاملة بفكرة الإشراف المدمج في مختلف المستويات التأكيد على التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، النظر في إعادة هيكلة الوصف الوظيفي لمهام المشرفين التربويين، بحيث يتم تحديد مسئولياتهم وأدوارهم بوضوح، في ضوء الإشراف المدمج.
|b The aim of this research is to identify how to implement integrated educational supervision in secondary education in Egypt in light of the experience of the State of Singapore, and through the use of the comparative approach, the reality of educational supervision integrated into secondary education in the State of Singapore was identified, and Egypt’s experience in the field of integrated educational supervision, and the development of mechanisms.
