|a هدف البحث إلى وضع قائمة بالجدارات الوظيفية اللازمة لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في ضوء توجهات إصلاح التعليم المصري والتي تمثلت في الخطة الاستراتيجية لإصلاح التعليم قبل الجامعي ۲۰۱٤- ۲۰۳۰ م، ومعايير الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، واستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة رؤية مصر ۲۰۳۰م، والمشروع القومي لإعادة صياغة المنظومة التعليمية في مصر، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي باعتباره أكثر المناهج الملائمة لوصف الإطار النظري، وفي ضوء الهدف الذي يسعى إليه البحث تم تصميم استمارة استطلاع رأي الخبراء حول الجدارات الوظيفية اللازمة لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي، وقد روعي في اختيار الخبراء اعتباران: الأول التخصص، والثاني شغل الوظائف القيادية بوزارة التربية والتعليم، وبعد تحليل استجابات الخبراء وتحديد مدى الاتفاق بينهم، وكذلك بعد ما أضافه الخبراء من جدارات، تم التوصل إلى قائمة مقترحة بالجدارات الوظيفية اللازمة لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي.
|b The research objective aims at setting a list of Funcational Competencies needed for Basic Education School Principals in the light of Egyptian Education Reform Orientations represented in: strategic plan of reforming pre-university education 2014-2030, the National Authority Standards for Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation, the sustainable development strategy “Egypt Vision 2030”, and the National Project of reforming Education system in Egypt. This research has applied the descriptive approach; as it is considered the most suitable method of describing the theoretical framework. Consequently, the questionnaire form has been designed to explore the experts' opinions regarding The Funcational Competencies needed for Basic Education School Principals. Two considerations have been taken into account: The first is specialization, and the second is managing leadership positions at Ministry of Education. A suggested list of basic Education School Principals' Functional Competences has been concluded after analyzing experts' responses and determining the points of agreements among them.
