|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس تصميم برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية بعض مهارات توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية والميل نحوها لدى اختصاصي التقنيات التربوية بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، وتكونت عينة البحث من (٢٥) معلما ومعلمة موزعين على ست مدارس بمحافظة العاصمة بدولة الكويت، حيث تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث: (اختبار التحصيل، بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام بعض المستحدثات التكنولوجية، مقياس الميول نحو المستحدثات التكنولوجية) على مجموعتي البحث قبليا وبعديا، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات مجموعتي البحث في التطبيق البعدي لـ (اختبار التحصيل، بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام بعض المستحدثات التكنولوجية، مقياس الميول نحو المستحدثات التكنولوجية) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
|b The purpose of the current research was to investigate the effect of designing a proposed training program to develop some of employing technological innovations skills and their attitude towards them among educational technology specialists at the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait. Participants of the research comprised (25) male and female teachers distributed in six schools in the Capital Governorate in the State of Kuwait. To attain the purpose of the research, the one-group pretest posttest quasi-experimental design was utilized. Instruments of the study were an achievement test, an observation card for practical performance of the skills of using some technological innovations, and a scale of attitude towards technological innovations. After pre-post administering of these instruments, the research results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the treatment groups in the post-administrations (the achievement test, the practical performance observation card of the skills of using some technological innovations, the scale of attitude towards technological innovations) favoring the experimental group.
