In this context, we will distinguish the main specificities of Moroccan family businesses, the peculiarities of their management, including their specificity in financial management. If, in general, good management practices can explain the performance of other non-family businesses, we would say that the concept of specificity explains the performance of Moroccan family businesses. |d L’objet de cet article est d’explorer dans quelle mesure les particularités des entreprises familiales marocaines peuvent expliquer leur performance financière. Dans ce cadre, nous distinguerons les principales spécificités des entreprises familiales marocaines, les particularités de leur management dont notamment leur spécificité en gestion financière. Si, en général, les bonnes pratiques de gestion peuvent expliquer la performance des autres entreprises non familiales, nous dirions que le concept de spécificité explique la performance des entreprises familiales marocaines. | ||
