المستخلص: Poultry is the main resource of animal port in the chicken group. It shares with by about L.E 15 millers, representing about 5.37 % of the agricultural a production value and about 15.5 % of the animal production value in to 2013. The main problem of this research is the daily price distortion of poultry which leads to the unstable incomes for producers. So, the research aims at studying the differences in the daily fattening poultry prices through the period (2011 – 2013) and the factor affecting the red meat, chick and maize price (as a factor) in addition to the religion occasion. The study showed that the ratir of using the total capacity of the fattening chicks farms during the period (1996 – 2013) ranged between 37.3 % as minimum (in 2006) and 79.7 % as maximum (in 2000), with as average of 57.4 %. This calls for developing this industry and improving the situation. Studying the seasonal changes in the farm prices for white chicken during the period (2011 - 2013) showed that they ranged between 79.8 % in November (Audha feast) and 117 % in march. Analyzing farm price variance for the white chicken showed significant differences among the monthly prices. Comparing the farm prices averages (2011 - 2013) showed that the differences in chicken prices are significant. Study the relationship between the actual and announced prices showed that the actual price for white poultry during the period (2011 -2013) exceeds the announced price with about 1.20 L.E/ kg (11.7 %) in 2011. This difference reaches 2.35 L.E/kg (19.8 %) of the announced price. In 2013 the difference was about 2.22 L.E/kg (16.8 %), which means that the estimates of the poultry exchange market are not good. The main factor affecting farm prices of white chicken are red meat producer, chick prices and maize prices. The chick prices are the most affecting factor, where one pound (L.E) increase leads to about L.E 0.74 in the poultry price, which is statistically significant. The wholesale profit was about 60 L.E/kg 4 %, where the retail profit was about 1.6 L.E/kg (10.66%) of the retail price. The marketing efficiency reached about 70 %. In light of the results of the research, there are some recommendations raised: 1 – Government should subsidize the poultry industry through taxes remove. 2- Use the unused capacity of the poultry farms total capacity. 3- Prices in the poultry exchange market should be suentifically detes-mined
