The research aimed to study the impact of using the mechanism of blended teaching in the development of the ability to read in English when students of the sixth of the primary stage and the development of their cognitive motivation, and the selected sample in this research of female students in the sixth grade in a school for girls in the school of gardens in the Iraqi city of Ramadi, and the number (66) females. The sample will be randomly selected. The experimentation curriculum will be adopted, and the same method will be adopted during blended learning in the study and its suitability to achieve the desired goal, which is to highlight the impact of employing the blended teaching method in enhancing the English language reading skills among sixth primary school learners in the Anbar Governorate Directorate of Education. The results showed that statistically significant differences were found in the post-assessment of the skill between the average scores obtained by the control and experimentation teams attributed to the use of the blended teaching method. The use of this type strategy has a significant impact on the development of reading skill in the language subject studied by female students. Finding differences with characteristics in the statistical field according to the dimensional assessment of cognitive motivation between their average scores attributed to the use of the blended teaching method. The use of this type has a great impact on the development of cognitive motivation in students. Its use is of great importance in developing the reading skill in the language studied by the members of the experimental team.
