|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الانهماك في التعلم الإلكتروني وكل من الكفاءة التدريسية للمعلم، وجودة نظام إدارة التعلم، واستعداد الطالب، والكشف عن القدرة التنبؤية لهذه العوامل بالانهماك في التعلم الإلكتروني. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (162) طالبا بالمدارس الثانوية في مدينة عرعر حيث تم استخدام أربعة مقاييس، تمثلت في استبيان الانهماك في التعلم الإلكتروني، واستبيان الكفاءة التدريسية، واستبيان جودة إدارة نظام التعلم، واستبيان استعداد الطالب للتعلم الإلكتروني. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي التنبؤي. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين الانهماك في التعلم الإلكتروني وجودة إدارة نظام التعلم، كما أشارت إلى القدرة التنبؤية المرتفعة لجودة نظام إدارة التعلم بالانهماك في التعلم الإلكتروني، حيث فسر ما نسبته 98.4% من التباين في الانهماك بالتعلم الإلكتروني.
|b The current study aimed to identify the correlation between engagement in e learning and each of the teacher’s teaching efficiency, the quality of the learning management system, and student readiness, and to explore the predictive ability of these factors to engage in e-learning. The study sample consisted of 162 secondary school students in the city of Arar. Four measures were used as instruments, which include the e-learning engagement questionnaire, the teaching efficiency questionnaire, the learning system management quality questionnaire, and the student readiness questionnaire for e-learning. The results of the study indicated that there was a strong correlation between engagement in e-learning and the quality of the management of the learning system. In addition, the results revealed a high predictive ability of the quality of the learning management system by the engagement in e learning, as it explained 98.4% of the variance in the engagement in e-learning.
