|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار أثر رأس المال البشري (التدريب المعرفة، الكفاءات والمهارات، الصحة والأمان) في تعزيز السلوك الإبداعي لموظفي كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الجزائر 3، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البينات وزعت على عينة مكونة من 35 موظف، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين رأس المال البشري والسلوك الإبداعي، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالموارد البشرية وتحفيز الموظفين على تطوير وتنمية أدائهم وإعطائهم مجالا للإبداع وطرح أفكارهم.
|b This study aims to show the impact of human capital (training, knowledge, competencies and skills, health and safety) in enhancing the creative behavior of employees of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Algiers3. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was designed as a tool for collecting data and distributed to a sample of 35 employees. We used the descriptive and analytical approach and the study concluded that There is a positive relationship between human capital and creative behavior. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to human resources and motivating employees to develop and develop their performance and giving them room for creativity and presenting their ideas.
