|a هدف المقال التعرف إلى أثر الإدارة الصفية في المهارات الإبداعية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية، ولغايات تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته نوع الدراسة، حيث تم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من جميع المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم في قصبة إربد، وبلغت العينة (200) معلم ومعلمة، وتم إرسال استبانة لأفراد عينة الدراسة، وتم استرجاع (168) استبانة أي ما نسبته (84%) من إجمالي عينة الدراسة، جميعها صالحة لأغراض التحليل الإحصائي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة التعليم بأبعاده المتمثلة في (التخطيط، التنظيم، التوجيه، التنسيق، والرقابة) في المهارات الإبداعية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تحسين الإدارة الصفية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في تحسين المهارات الإبداعية لدى الطلبة، والعمل على إجراء دراسات وبحوث مستقبلية في الإدارة الصفية ودورها في رفع التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلبة من خلال اكتسابهم مهارات إبداعية جديدة، بالإضافة إلى عمل دورات تدريبية للمعلمين والمديرين لتشجيع وتحفيز الطلبة على اكتساب المهارات الإبداعية الجديدة.
|b The article aimed to identify the impact of education management on the creative skills of basic-stage students, and for the purposes of achieving the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used for its suitability for the type of study, where a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the sample that was randomly selected from the study population consisting of all Teachers in public schools in the Directorate of Education in Irbid, the sample was (200) teachers. A questionnaire was sent to the study sample, and (168) questionnaires were retrieved, i.e. (84%) of the total study sample, all valid for analysis purposes. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of education management in its dimensions represented in (planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling) on the creative skills of basic-stage students in public schools. The study also recommended the need to work on improving education management because of its importance Significant in improving students' creative skills, Work on future studies and research in the Department of Education and its role in raising students' educational attainment by acquiring new creative skills, as well as conducting training courses for teachers and managers to encourage and motivate students to acquire new creative skills.
