المستخلص: The present study aims to reveal the level of professional pressures and job satisfaction among the employees of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi University of Bordj Bou Arreridj. The study followed the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for the current investigation. The occupational stress scale developed from the Awad Bashar Al-Arabi scale (2010) and the job satisfaction scale derived from the Maqbool scale (2005) were also used as basic data collection techniques in the study. The study sample consisted of 33 administrative employees, and after verifying their psychometric characteristics and their suitability to apply to the study sample theoretically. After examining the theoretical frameworks and previous studies, and processing the data statistically, the field study indicated that there is a correlation between occupational stress and job satisfaction among employees of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Mohamed El Bachir EL Ibrahimi University of Bordj Bou Arreridj. Moreover, the level of occupational stress among personnel of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Mohamed El Bachir EL Ibrahimi University of Bordj Bou Arreridj was determined to be medium. Furthermore, employees of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Mohamed El Bachir EL Ibrahimi University of Bordj Bou Arreridj are dissatisfied with their jobs.
