|a هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى التنمر الوظيفي لدى مدراء المدارس من وجهة نظر عينة من معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدارس مدينة سلحب في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وذلك من خلال تعرف الفروق في التنمر الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة وفقاً لمتغيرات كل من (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس التنمر الوظيفي (من إعداد الباحثة)، وتم تطبيقه على عينة بلغ عددها (195) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس مدينة سلحب، أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد العينة يعانون من التنمر الوظيفي بمستوى بين المنخفضة والمتوسطة والمرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوى التنمر الوظيفي تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس) و(المؤهل العلمي) وكانت لصالح الذكور وأيضاً للمعلمين الحاصلين على شهادة دبلوم ومعهد متوسط، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى التنمر الوظيفي التي يعاني منها معلمو مرحلة التعليم الأساسي تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة).
|b The research aimed to identify the level of occupational bullying among school principals from the point of view of a sample of basic education teachers in salhab city schools in light of some variables, This is done by identifying differences in occupational bullying among sample members according to the variables of (gender, academic qualification, years of experience), To achieve The objectives of the study, The occupational bulling scale was used (prepared by the researcher), and it was applied to a sample of (195) male and female teachers in salhab city schools. The results showed that the sample members suffer from occupational bullying at a level between low and medium and high, The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the study sample members in the level of occupational bullying due to the variables (gender) and(academic qualification it was in favor of males and also for teachers who hold a diploma or intermediate institute certificate, while There were no statistically significant differences in the level of occupation teachers due to the variable(years of experience).
