|a استهدف البحث إلى التعرف على اهم متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج، وتقديم عدة آليات مقترحة يمكن من خلال اتباعها وتنفيذها في الواقع لتحقيق متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي، وذلك من خلال استعراض مفهوم التدريب الإلكتروني، وأهدافه، وخصائصه وأهميته ومتطلبات تحقيقه. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج الملائم لطبيعة البحث كما استخدمت الباحثة استبانة تم إعدادها وتطبيقها على عينة من معلمي التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج، والتي بلغت ٥۰۰ معلم بنسبة مئوية (6.3%) من المجتمع الأصلي لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج والبالغ عددهم (٧٩٥٢) وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية. وتوصل البحث إلى أن متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج تتمثل في متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني الخاصة بالمدرب، متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني الخاصة بالمتدرب (معلم التعليم الأساسي)، المتطلبات التقنية. كما قدم البحث مقترحات لتحقيق متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني لمعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة سوهاج.
|b The research aimed to identify the most important e-training requirements for basic education teachers in Sohag Governorate, and to present several proposed mechanisms that can be followed and implemented in reality to achieve the requirements of e-training for basic education teachers, by reviewing the concept of e-training, its characteristics, importance, and requirements for achieving it. The researcher used the descriptive approach as the approach appropriate to the nature of the research. The researcher also used a questionnaire that was prepared and applied to a sample of basic education teachers in Sohag Governorate, which amounted to 500 teachers with a percentage (6.3%) of the original community of basic education teachers in Sohag Governorate, whose number is (7952). The sample was randomly selected. The research concluded that the e-training requirements for basic education teachers in Sohag governorate are represented in e-training requirements for the trainer, e-training requirements for the trainee (basic education teacher), and technical requirements. The research also presented proposals to achieve the e-training requirements for basic education teachers in Sohag Governorate.
