المستخلص: يعكس كل جيل ثقافة المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه، إلا أن الجيل الحالي يتعرض لثقافات متعددة في إطار الثورات الصناعية المتلاحقة وما أحدثته من طفرة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات- والتي تؤثر بشكل كبير على التكوين النفسي والاجتماعي للأفراد- الأمر الذي أفرز مشكلات اجتماعية كبيرة مثل: التعرض للتنمر والعنف والإدمان والإلحاد وغيرها، وفي إطار هذا الزخم وتقليدية أشكال التعليم من جهة، وغياب لبعض أدوار الأسرة والمؤسسات التربوية من جهة أخرى، ظهرت هشاشة هذا الجيل في مواجهة ما يتعرض له من مشكلات بالشكل المناسب، فزادت معدلات الجرائم والانتحار لمجرد التعرض لبعض المصاعب، مما يهدد أمن وسلامة المجتمع. من هنا أطلق على هذا الجيل ما يعرف بـ جيل رقائق الثلج، وهو مصطلح ظهر حديثا في علم الاجتماع يستخدم لوصف جيل من الأفراد الذين أصبحوا بالغين في أو بعد عام ۲۰۱۰، وترجع التسمية إلى أنهم أكثر عرضة للهزات العاطفية وأقل مرونة وتقبلا للآخرين مما يجعلهم أكثر ضعفا وهشاشة أمام التحديات والمصاعب مثل رقائق الثلج التي تذوب بالضغط عليها، كما أن أفراد هذا الجيل مثل رقائق الثلج تتساقط على الأرض بالملايين في وقت واحد لكنها غير متشابهة، ومن ثم يوجد تفرد يجب أن يستفاد منه من خلال تكوينهم وإعدادهم لمواجهة الحياة، ويتطلب ذلك من باحثي التربية محاولة دراسة ثقافة هذا الجيل بمناهج بحث غير تقليدية تركز على البعد الكيفي لتعرف خصائصه وثقافته. وقد ظهرت مناهج البحث الكيفية كرد فعل للمناهج الوضعية التي ترى أن السلوك الاجتماعي يمكن دراسته بنفس الطرق البحثية المتبعة بنجاح في مجالات الكيمياء والرياضيات وغيرهما، ومن ثم تعد المناهج الكيفية أكثر مناسبة لتفسير عملية تربية جيل" رقائق الثلج" من خلال دراسة ثقافته، لأنها تؤكد على ضرورة مراعاة تأثير البيئة عند دراسة سلوك معين للإنسان، حيث يؤثر ويتأثر بها، ومن ثم يجب فهم ما يعنيه العالم المحيط بالفرد أو الجماعة قيد الدراسة، ومن أمثلة هذه المناهج الفينومينولوجي، الإثنوميثودولجي. وبناء على ما سبق ركزت الورقة الحالية على قسمين هما: جيل رقائق الثلج المناهج الكيفية، وانتهت الورقة بتقديم بعض التوصيات.

Each generation reflects the culture of the society in which it lives, but the current generation is exposed to multiple cultures in the context of the successive industrial revolutions and the boom in information and communication technology- which greatly affects the psychological and social composition of individuals- which has resulted in major social problems such as: exposure to bullying Violence, addiction, Atheism, and others, and within the framework of this momentum and the traditional forms of education on the one hand, and the absence of some roles of the family and educational institutions on the other hand, the fragility of this generation appeared in facing the problems it is exposed to in an appropriate manner, so the rates of crimes and suicide increased just because of exposure to some difficulties, which threatens Community safety and security From here, this generation was called what is known as the "snowflake generation," a term that recently appeared in sociology used to describe a generation of individuals who became adults in or after 2010. Fragility in front of challenges and hardships such as snowflakes that melt by pressure on them, and the members of this generation are like snowflakes falling on the ground in millions at one time, but they are not similar, and then there is a uniqueness that must be benefited from by forming them and preparing them to face life, and this requires researchers. Education is an attempt to study the culture of this generation with non-traditional research methods that focus on the qualitative dimension in order to know its characteristics and culture. The qualitative research methods appeared as a reaction to the positivist approaches, which believe that social behavior can be studied with the same research methods used successfully in the fields of chemistry, mathematics, and others. The need to take into account the impact of the environment when studying a specific human behavior, as it affects and is affected by it, and then it is necessary to understand what the surrounding world means for the individual or the group under study Based on the above, the current paper focused on two parts: Snowflake Generation- Qualitative Approaches, and the paper ended with some Recommendations
