|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مشر في الإدارة المدرسية لأدوارهم الوظيفية وعلاقتها بمستوى المهارات القيادية لدى مديري المدارس ومساعديهم بسلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أستخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (٤٨) فقرة، مقسمة إلى محورين: درجة ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأدوارهم الوظيفية وله (٢٤) فقرة، ومستوى المهارات القيادية لدى مديري المدارس ومساعديهم وله (٢٤) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها، وثباتها، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من (۳۱۷) مديرا ومديرة ومساعدا ومساعدة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأدوارهم الوظيفية في سلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومساعديهم جاءت متوسطة، وأن مستوى المهارات القيادية لدى مديري المدارس ومساعديهم من وجهة نظرهم جاء كبيرا، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين درجة ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأدوارهم الوظيفية ومستوى المهارات القيادية لدى مديري المدارس ومساعديهم في سلطنة عمان. وأوصت الدراسة إلى عقد ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية متخصصة لمشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لزيادة كفاءتهم في كيفية إعداد الخطط المدرسية، وتقويمها، وتنفيذها، وقيام قسم الإدارة المدرسية بتزويد مديري المدارس ومساعديهم بما يستجد من بحوث ودراسات وكتب في مجال المهارات القيادية التربوية.
|b The study aimed to identify the degree to which school administration supervisors exercise their job roles and its relationship to the level of leadership skills among school principals and their assistants in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational approach was used A questionnaire consisting of (48) items was developed, divided into two axes: the degree of management supervisors’ practices the level of leadership skills among school principals and their assistants has (24) items, and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and it was applied to a sample of (317) male and female principals, assistants, and assistants. The study concluded that the degree of school administration supervisors’ exercise of their job roles in the Sultanate of Oman, from the point of view of school principals and their assistants, was moderate, and that the level of leadership skills among school principals and their assistants, from their point of view, was high the study indicated that there was no statistically significant correlation at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the degree to which school administration supervisors practice their job roles and the level of leadership skills among school principals and their assistants in the Sultanate of Oman. The study recommended holding specialized workshops and training courses for school administration supervisors to increase their efficiency in how to prepare, evaluate, and implement school plans, and for the school administration department to provide school principals and their assistants with: You will find research, studies and books in the field of educational leadership skills.
