|a يهدف البحث التعرف على واقع الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الشرقية وذلك من خلال: 1- التعرف على الفروق بين معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في الممارسات التدريسية وفقاً لمتغيرات (الجنس- المؤهل العلمي- الخبرة). تساؤلات البحث: ما هو واقع الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الشرقية؟ -هل توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية للممارسات التدريسية وفقاً لمتغيرات (الجنس- المؤهل العلمي- الخبرة). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته لأهداف وتساؤلات البحث. تم اختيار عينة البحث من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بطريقة عمديه عشوائية من إدارات (شرق وغرب) الزقازيق التعليمية، قوامها (207) معلم ومعلمة بالمرحلة الابتدائية وتم سحب عينه استطلاعيه قوامها (15) معلم ومعلمه لتصبح قوام العينة الأساسية (192) معلم ومعلمه في ضوء المعالجة الإحصائية لاستمارة الاستبيان للممارسات التدريسية للعينة قيد البحث تم التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات التالية: تم التوصل إلى أهم الممارسات التدريسية الخاصة لمعلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الشرقية وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس- المؤهل العلمي- الخبرة) وهي على النحو التالي: أولاً: الممارسات الخاصة بالكفايات الشخصية - الممارسات الخاصة بأخلاقيات تتفق وأخلاقيات المهنة. - ممارسات التمتع بالذكاء والذوق العام. ثانياً: الممارسات الخاصة بإعداد وتجهيز مكان الدرس - ممارسات القدرة على استخدام الإمكانات المتاحة بالمدرسة إلى أقصى درجة والاستفادة بمصادر البيئة الطبيعية بالمدرسة للتغلب على نقص الإمكانات. ثالثاً: الممارسات الخاصة باستخدام الوسائل المعينة - ممارسات اختيار الوسيلة المعينة المناسبة والتي تتمشى والأهداف الموضوعة.
|b the research aims to identify the reality of the teaching practices of physical education teachers in the primary stage in Sharkia Governorate, through: Identifying the differences between male and female physical education teachers at the primary stage in teaching practices according to the variables (sex-academic qualification - experience). Research questions: What is the reality of the teaching R practices of male and female physical education teachers in the primary stage in Sharkia Govemorate? Are there statistically significant differences between male and female physical education teachers in the primary stage of teaching practices according to the variables (sex academic qualification experience) the researcher used the descriptive survey method for its suitability to the objectives and questions of the research. The research sample was selected from male and female physical education teachers in the primary stage in an intentional random manner from the educational departments (East and West) of Zagazig consisting of (207) male and female teachers in the primary stage. In the light of the statistical treatment of the questionnaire for the teaching practices of the sample under study, the following conclusions were reached The most important special teaching practices for primary school teachers in Sharkia governorate were reached according to some demographic variables (gender educational qualification experience), which are as follows: First: the practices related to personal competencies Practices of ethics consistent with professional ethics Practices of enjoying intelligence and common taste Second: the practices of preparing and equipping the place for the lesson -Practices of the ability to use the capabilities available in the school to the maximum extent and to benefit from the resources of the natural environment in the school to overcome the lack of capabilities Third: the practices of using the aids - The practices of selecting the appropriate specific means that are in line with the objectives set.
