|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على علاقة إدارة تنوع الموارد البشرية بالاندماج الاجتماعي للاعبين كرة القدم، وأجري البحث على عينة استطلاعية قوامها (۳۰)، وعينة أساسية مكونة من (٤١٣) من أعضاء مجالس الإدارات واللاعبين بالأندية، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات الأولية للعينة، واستبيان إدارة تنوع الموارد البشرية، واستبيان الأداء الاستراتيجي للأندية، وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين تنوع الموارد البشرية والاندماج الاجتماعي للاعبين كرة القدم.
|b This research aims to identify the relationship of human resource diversity management to the social integration of football players. The research was conducted on a reconnaissance sample of (30) and a core sample of (413) members of boards of directors and players in clubs. The research tools included a primary data form for the sample. And the Human Resources Diversity Management Questionnaire, and the Clubs Strategic Performance Questionnaire. The most important results of the study were that there is a statistically significant correlation between the diversity of human resources and the social integration of football players."
