أهداف البحث:- تقويم وضع الإمكانات المادية والبشرية والمنشآت بالمدرسة العسكرية الرياضية بالسويس التي تساعد في تطبيق نشاط ألعاب القوى بالمدرسة. منهج البحث: أستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لمناسبة تطبيقه في موضوع البحث قيد الدراسة. - عينة البحث: تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية على ٢٥ فرد من القائمين على إدارة وتطبيق نشاط ألعاب القوى في المدرسة العسكرية الرياضية بالسويس بما تتضمنه من خبراء وفنيين ومتخصصين في التدريب والإدارة، وتم اختيار ٢٥ فردا (لأجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية) والتي تتمثل في الفئات المختلفة يمثلون عينة التقنين وذلك لحساب معاملات (الصدق والثبات) للصورة النهائية للمقياس الاستنتاجات: - مدرسي التربية الرياضية بالمدرسة يحملون درجة البكالوريوس في التربية الرياضية. - مدربي ألعاب القوى بالمدرسة يحملون درجة البكالوريوس في التربية الرياضية. - توجد لجان متخصصة لمتابعة تنفيذ المناهج الدراسية الرياضية بالمدرسة. - عدد مدربين التربية الرياضية بالمدرسة كافٍ". ثانيا التوصيات: - ضرورة تفعيل وتشغيل وإدارة وصيانة المنشآت الرياضية بالمدارس الرياضية العسكرية. - ضرورة تدريب وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية بصورة دورية لرفع الكفاءة ومواكبة التطورات العالمية. - ضرورة التوسع في إنشاء منشآت رياضية مركزية معتمدة وقانونية تغطي جميع احتياجات اللاعبين والمنافسات داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.
Research Objectives: Evaluating the status of material and human resources and facilities at the Military Sports School in Suez, which helps in the application of athletics activity in the school. Research methodology: The researchers used the descriptive approach to the occasion of its application in the subject of the research under study. Research sample: The research sample was selected in a deliberate way on 25 individuals in charge of managing and applying the activity of athletics in the Military Sports School in Suez, including experts, technicians and specialists in training and management, and 25 individuals were selected (to conduct the exploratory study), which is represented in the different categories representing the sample of legalization in order to calculate the coefficients (honesty and stability) of the final image of the scale. Conclusions: - The school's physical education teachers hold a bachelor's degree in physical education - School athletics coaches hold a bachelor's degree in physical education - There are specialized committees to follow up on the implementation of the school's sports curriculum. "The number of physical education coaches at the school is sufficient. Recommendations: - The necessity of activating, operating, managing and maintaining sports facilities in military sports schools. - The need to train and qualify human cadres periodically to raise efficiency and keep pace with global developments. - The need to expand the establishment of accredited and legal central sports facilities that cover all the needs of players and competitions within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
