|a تعرف العمليات الإدارية بأنها الأنشطة التي يمارسها الإداري وتقوم على عدد من العمليات يمكن تجميعها في عناصر يتميز بعضها عن بعض، من حيث الطبيعة والترتيب الزمني للقيام بها، وقد يطلق عليها الوظائف الإدارية، وهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى الأداء للرؤساء ومتابعة مستوى تحسنه، إيضاح جوانب القوة في الأداء لتعزيزها وتحديد نقاط الضعف لتلافيها، والإشادة بالأداء المتميز للرؤساء، واستثمار ذلك لخدمة المؤسسة التعليمية والمجتمع، وتقدم معلومات صحيحة عن الإمكانات والكفاءات البشرية المتوفرة للاستفادة منها في تحقيق الأهداف، كما استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يتفق وطبيعة موضوع الدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في محاور استبانة حول واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين كفاءة العمليات الإدارية بالتعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة الفيوم في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي بين الذكور والإناث.

They may be called administrative functions, The study aimed to determine the level of performance of the principals and follow up on the level of improvement, clarify the strengths in performance to enhance them and identify the weak points to avoid them, praise the outstanding performance of the principals, and invest that in serving the educational institution and society, and providing correct information about the human capabilities and competencies available to benefit from in achieving the goals, The study used the descriptive approach that is consistent with the nature of the subject of the study, and the results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the questionnaire axes about the reality of electronic administration in improving the efficiency of administrative processes in general secondary education in Fayoum Governorate in light of the requirements of the digital age between males and females
