المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي باستخدام استراتيجية الخرائط الذهنية في تنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة بمحاورها (البدء في المشروع، التخطيط، التنفيذ، الإنهاء والتقييم)، ومهارات الريادة القيادية بمحاورها (الاتصال والتواصل مع الآخرين، القدرة على اتخاذ القرار، إدارة الوقت) وقد تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (180) شاب وشابة في المرحلة الجامعية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية غرضية من الشباب الجامعي، ذو مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (45) شاب وشابة من نفس عينة البحث الأساسية. وطبقت عليهم استمارة البيانات العامة، مقياس الوعي بإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، ومقياس وعي الشباب الجامعي بمهارات الريادة القيادية، برنامج إرشادي قائم على استراتيجية الخرائط الذهنية لتنمية وعي الشباب الجامعي بإدارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومهارات الريادة القيادية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين الشباب عينة البحث الأساسية في إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة ككل وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة لصالح الشباب الذكور، وأبناء الأمهات العاملات، ولصالح الشباب العاملين بجانب الدراسة، ولصالح الشباب الملتحق بالفرقة الرابعة، ولصالح أبناء آباء وأمهات المستوى التعليمي العالي والدخل الشهري المرتفع، كما توصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين الشباب عينة البحث الأساسية في مهارات الريادة القيادية ككل وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة لصالح الشباب أبناء العاملات والملتحق بالفرقة الرابعة، وأبناء وآباء وأمهات المستوى التعليمي العالي والدخل الشهري المرتفع، وعدم وجود فروق دالة لمتغيري الجنس والعمل بجانب الدراسة، كما توصلت لوجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01، 0.5) بين إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة ومهارات الريادة القيادية، وأن متغير الدراسة كان أكثر العوامل المؤثرة على إدارة الشباب الجامعي للمشروعات الصغيرة، وأن متغير مستوى تعليم الأب كان أكثر العوامل تأثيرا في مهارات الريادة القيادية للشباب، كما أثبتت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في تنمية إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، مهارات الريادة القيادية بين الشباب الجامعي عينة البحث التجريبية قبل تطبيق البرنامج المعد باستخدام استراتيجية الخرائط الذهنية وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأوصت الباحثتان بضرورة تثقيف الشباب بأهمية مهارات الريادة القيادية كوسيلة لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل وذلك من خلال إعداد وتطبيق البرامج الفعالة التي تساعد على تنمية وعي الشباب بمهارات الريادة القيادية والتي تساعده في حياته المهنية.

The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of a Counseling program using the mind mapping strategy in developing university youth’s awareness of small project management in its aspects (project initiation, planning, implementation, completion and evaluation), and leadership leader-ship skills in its aspects (communication and communicating with others, the ability to make decisions, Time management) The basic research sample consisted of (180) young men and women at the university level who were selected intentionally from among university youth., With different social and economic levels, the experimental study sample consisted of (45) young men and women from the same basic research sample. They applied a general data form, a measure of awareness of small enterprise management, a measure of youth awareness of leadership skills, and a guidance program based on the mind mapping strategy to develop university youth’s awareness of small enterprise management and leadership leader-ship skills. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method, The results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between university youth, the basic research sample, in managing small projects as a whole, according to the variables of the study, in favor of young males, children of working mothers, in favor of young men working alongside their studies, in favor of young men enrolled in the fourth year, and in favor of Children of fathers and mothers with a high level of education and a high monthly income. It also found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between university youth, the basic research sample, in leadership leader-ship skills as a whole, according to the variables of the study, in favor of young men, children of female workers., Those enrolled in the fourth year, children, fathers and mothers with a high educational level and a high monthly income, and there were no significant differences for the variables of gender and work in addition to study. I also found that there was a positive correlation at the level of significance (0.01, 0.5) between small project management and entrepreneurship leadership skills, and that the study variable was The most influential factors on university youth’s management of small projects, The variable of the father’s level of education was the most influential factor on the leadership skills of young people. The results also demonstrated the presence of statistically significant differences in the development of small enterprise management and leadership leader-ship skills among university youth in the experimental research sample before and after applying the program prepared using the mind mapping strategy in favor of the post-application. The two researchers recommended the need to educate young people about the importance of leadership skills as a means to face the challenges of the future, through preparing and implementing effective programs that help develop youth awareness of leadership skills that help them in their professional lives.
