|a هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الجدارات المستقبلية لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي المدارس الثانوية الفنية التجارية وأثره في تنمية جدرات المحاسبة المالية لدى طلابهم والاتجاه نحو العمل الحر ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إعداد قائمة الجدارات المستقبلية وبرنامج تدريبي قائم على الجدارات المستقبلية، بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي واختبار المواقف الأدائية ومقياس اتجاه للطلاب وكذلك تم إعداد الإطار العام لهذا البرنامج وتكونت مجموعة البحث (85) منها (25) معلم ومعلمة من المدارس الثانوية الفنية التجارية، (60) طالب من الصف الثالث الثانوي التجاري وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات معلمي المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لأداة الدراسة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وهناك فروق ذات دالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لأدوات الدراسة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الجدارات المستقبلية لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي المدارس الثانوية الفنية التجارية وأثره في تنمية جدارات المحاسبة المالية لدى طلابهم والاتجاه نحو العمل الحر.
|b The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on future competencies to develop the teaching performance of commercial technical secondary school teachers and its impact on developing the financial accounting competencies of their students and the trend towards self-employment. To achieve the goal of the research, a list of future competencies and a training program based on future competencies were prepared, a note card. Teaching performance, a test of performance attitudes, and an attitude scale for students, as well as the general framework for this program were prepared The research group consisted of (85), including (25) male and female teachers from commercial technical secondary schools, (60) students from the third year of commercial secondary schools. The research tools were applied pre- and post-test to the research group, and the results of the research showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05). There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group’s students in the post-application of the study tools in favor of the post-application.
