المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد دور المعلم في ضوء التحول نحو التعليم الأخضر ومعرفة مدى قيام المعلم بهذا الدور ووضع آليات مقترحة تمكن من تفعيل ذلك الدور. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، حيث قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة مكونة من (٦١) عبارة للتعرف على مدى قيام المعلم بدوره في ضوء التحول نحو التعليم الأخضر، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة المنوفية بلغت (٤٠٢) معلم. وتوصل البحث إلى أن درجة ممارسة المعلم لأدواره في ضوء التحول نحو التعليم الأخضر جاء بمتوسط حسابي (2.30) ودرجة موافقة متوسطة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة، وقد حددت الباحثة أدوار المعلم في ضوء التحول نحو التعليم الأخضر (محو الأمية البيئية، تنمية القيم البيئية، تشكيل سلوك الطالب الأخضر، اكساب المهارات التي تناسب التعليم الأخضر، تطوير المناهج الدراسية لتناسب التعليم الأخضر، تعزيز الأنشطة لتناسب التعليم الأخضر، تطوير طرق التدريس، دوره تجاه الإمكانات المادية والبشرية بالمدرسة)، وجاء واقع دوره في محو الأمية البيئة في المرتبة الأولى وبمتوسط حسابي (2.46) وبدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء دوره في تعزيز الأنشطة لتناسب التعليم الأخضر في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (2.20) بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث حول درجة ممارسة المعلم لأدواره في ضوء التوجه نحو التعليم الأخضر ويوصي البحث بأهمية التنمية المهنية للمعلمين بما يتناسب مع متطلبات التعليم الأخضر من مناهج وطرق تدريس وأنشطة، وأهمية الدقة في اختيار المعلمين ممن يحبون العمل التطوعي وخدمة المجتمع، وأن يراعى إعداد المعلم داخل كليات التربية إعداده وفقا لهذه الأدوار.

Green education is one of the modern concepts that express the type of education that serves the environment. Most countries of the world have taken an interest in it as a result of severe climate changes. It is also one of the models that are concerned with providing an attractive natural environment in terms of designing buildings and green spaces and promoting the practice of green, environmentally friendly activities. Objective of the research The current study aims to define the role of the teacher in light of the shift towards green education, find out the extent to which the teacher plays this role, and develop proposed mechanisms that enable this role to be activated. The research relied on the descriptive approach to achieve the goal of the study, as the researcher built a questionnaire consisting of (61) statements to identify the extent to which the teacher carried out a course in light of the shift towards green education, and the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of primary school teachers in Menoufia Governorate, which amounted to (402) teachers The research concluded that the degree of the teacher’s practice of his roles in light of the shift towards green education came with an arithmetic average of (2.30) and a moderate degree of agreement from the point of view of the sample members. The researcher identified the teacher’s roles in light of the shift towards green education (environmental literacy, developing environmental values, forming... Green student behaviour, acquiring skills that suit green education, developing curricula to suit green education, enhancing activities to suit green education, developing teaching methods, his role towards the material and human capabilities of the school), and H. the reality of his role in eradicating environmental illiteracy ranked first with an arithmetic average of (2.46). ) and to a high degree, and his role in enhancing activities to suit green education came in last place with an arithmetic mean (2.20) with a moderate degree. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the research sample’s responses regarding the degree to which teachers practice their roles in light of the trend towards green education. The research recommends the importance of professional development for teachers in proportion to the requirements of green education in terms of curricula, teaching methods and activities, and the importance of accuracy in selecting teachers who love volunteer work. And community service, and teacher preparation within colleges of education must be taken into account in accordance with these roles
