|a هدف البحث إلى تنمية مهارات التواصل الشفوي في اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها لدى طلاب كليات الإلهيات (كليات العلوم الإسلامية) في تركيا من خلال بناء برنامج قائم على مدخل المهام، ومن أجل ذلك أعد الباحث مجموعة من أدوات البحث تمثلت في: استبانة مهارات التواصل الشفوي (الاستماع والتحدث)، واستبانة الحاجات اللغوية الوظيفية الشفوية المناسبتين لطلاب السنة التحضيرية في كليات الإلهيات في المستوى المبتدئ الأدنى (AI)، واستبانة المهام اللغوية الوظيفية الشفوية لبناء البرنامج المقترح، واختبار مهارات الاستماع، واختبار مهارات التحدث، كما أعد برنامجا قائما على مدخل المهام؛ حيث حدد أهدافه، وفلسفته، وأسسه، ومكوناته، وتبنى منهج البحث الوصفي لبناء الإطار النظري وأدوات البحث والبرنامج، والتجريبي حيث استخدم في تطبيق البرنامج تصميما تجريبيا يعتمد على مجموعة واحدة تكونت من (30) طالبا من طلاب السنة التحضيرية في كلية الإلهيات في المستوى المبتدئ الأدنى (مجموعة البحث)، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الاستماع واختبار التحدث كدرجة كلية ومهارات فرعية كل على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على مدخل المهام، وحجم تأثير كبير جدا للبرنامج في تنمية مهارات التواصل الشفوي (الاستماع والتحدث) كدرجة كلية ومهارات فرعية لدى طلاب مجموعة البحث، ووجود علاقة دالة ارتباطية موجبة بين تنمية مهارات الاستماع ومهارات التحدث لدى طلاب مجموعة البحث بعد التدريس بالبرنامج المقترح.
|b This research aimed to develop Arabic oral communication skills of non-native speaking students at the theology colleges in Turkey through the construction of task- based approach program. Data were elicited through a number of instruments, namely a questionnaire of oral communication skills (listening and speaking), a questionnaire of oral functional language needs for lower-beginning level (AI) of preparatory year students at theology colleges, a questionnaire of oral functional language tasks used to construct the proposed program, listening skills test and speaking skills test. A task- based approach program was prepared where aims, philosophy, basis, and components were determined. The descriptive research method was adopted to construct the theoretical framework along with research tools and program. This research employed the research design based on one group which comprises 30 lower-beginning level of preparatory year students enrolled at theology colleges (the research group). The findings indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research group students in the pre-and-post administrations of listening and speaking tests as a whole mark, and separately sub-skills in favour of the posttest. The effectiveness of the task-based approach proposed program was positively significant. There was a large effect size of the program for developing oral communication skills (listening and speaking) as a whole mark and the sub-skills of the research group students. There was a significantly positive correlation between the development of listening and speaking skills of the research group students after teaching the proposed program.
