|a هدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير الإبداع الإداري للقيادات المدرسية في مدارس التربية الخاصة على ضوء مدخل التحول الرقمي، والتوصل إلى توصيات لتطوير هذا الإبداع الإداري، اعتمدت الباحثة على "المنهج الوصفي"، واستخدمت "استبانة" كأداة للبحث ميدانياً للكشف عن واقع تحقيق التحول الرقمي لعناصر الإبداع الإداري الثلاثة (الطلاقة، الأصالة، والمرونة) للقيادات المدرسية في مدارس التربية الخاصة، تم تطبيقها على عينة من مجتمع البحث بلغت (117) من مديري مدارس، ووكلاء مدارس ومعلمي (أ) في مدارس التربية الخاصة من ثلاث محافظات مصرية هي (القاهرة، الإسكندرية، والفيوم)، وأظهرت نتائج البحث الميداني أن تحقيق التحول الرقمي لعنصري الطلاقة والأصالة للإبداع الإداري للقيادات المدرسية في مدارس التربية الخاصة حصلا على مستويات موافقة مرتفعة بمتوسطات حسابية بلغت (2.71) و(2.38) على التوالي، وانحرافات معيارية بلغت (0.52) و(0.59) على التوالي، بينما حصل تحقيق التحول الرقمي لعنصر المرونة على مستوى موافقة متوسط بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.02) وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.66)، وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى عدة توصيات لتطوير الإبداع الإداري للقيادات المدرسية في مدارس التربية الخاصة على ضوء مدخل التحول الرقمي، كان من أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بتطبيق عملية التحول الرقمي في مدارس التربية الخاصة وتنمية روح الإبداع الإداري لقيادات مدارس التربية الخاصة.
|b This research aims to develop the administrative creativity of school leaders in special education schools in light of digital transformation approach, and to reach recommendations to develop this administrative creativity. The research relied on the "descriptive approach", and used a "questionnaire" as a field research tool to reveal the reality of achieving the digital transformation of the three elements of administrative creativity (fluency, originality, and flexibility) for school leaders in special education schools. It was applied to a sample of the research community of (117) school principals, school agents, and teachers (A) in special education schools from three Egyptian governorates (Cairo, Alexandria, and Fayoum). The results of the field research showed that achieving the digital transformation of the elements of fluency and originality for administrative creativity of school leaders in special education schools was at high levels of approval with arithmetic averages of (2.71) and (2.38) respectively, and standard deviations of (0.52) and (0.59) respectively, while achieving the digital transformation of the flexibility element was at an average level of approval with an arithmetic average of It reached (2.02) and a standard deviation of (0.66). The current research reached several recommendations to develop the administrative creativity of school leaders in special education schools in light of digital transformation approach, the most important of which was the necessity of paying attention to implementing the digital transformation process in special education schools and developing the spirit of administrative creativity for the leaders of special education schools.
