|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد برنامج قائم على العلاج السلوكي الجدلي ومعرفه تأثيره على الصحة النفسية لدى عينه من آباء الأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتكونت العينة من (۱۰) آباء، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام مقياس الصحة النفسية لآباء الأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (إعداد الباحثة) وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأبعاد الصحة النفسية ومجموعها الكلي لصالح القياس البعدي، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لأبعاد الصحة النفسية ومجموعها الكلي، كما أوصى البحث الحالي بعمل دورات تدريبية للآباء لمساعدتهم على مواجهة الضغوط النفسية، التعاون مع المجتمع المحلي لتعزيز الصحة النفسية للآباء وتطوير مهارات العلاج السلوكي الجدلي.
|b The current research aims to prepare a program based on dialectical behavioral therapy and to know its effect on the mental health of a sample of parents of children with special needs, The sample consisted of (10) fathers, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the mental health scale of parents of children with special needs was used (prepared by the researcher), The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group members in the pre and post measurements of the dimensions of mental health and their total in favor of the post measurement, It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group members in the post and follow- up measures of the dimensions of mental health and its total score, The current research also recommended training courses for parents to help them cope with psychological pressures, to cooperate with the local community to enhance the mental health of parents and to develop dialectical behavioral therapy skills.
