المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد المعايير الفنية والتربوية لمواقع مشاركة مقاطع الفيديو التعليمية والاجتماعية الموجهة لأطفال الروضة، وتقييم مدى توافر تلك المعايير بقنوات اليوتيوب التعليمية والاجتماعية التي يطالعها أطفال الروضة مع تحديد أفضلية تلك القنوات في ضوء تلك المعايير، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بالاعتماد على التحليل الكمي والكيفي لبعض قنوات اليوتيوب الأكثر مطالعة بين الأطفال في مرحلة الروضة، وقد تمثلت عينة البحث في (٦٠) قناة على اليوتيوب مقسمين إلى (۳۰) قناة تعليمية و(۳۰) قناة اجتماعية. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على استمارة جمع أسماء قنوات اليوتيوب (إعداد الباحثة) وكذلك استمارة المواصفات العامة لقنوات اليوتيوب التي يطالعها أطفال الروضة (إعداد الباحثة) وقائمة المعايير الفنية والتربوية لقنوات اليوتيوب التعليمية والاجتماعية، المناسبة لأطفال الروضة (إعداد الباحثة). وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث تحديد قائمة المعايير الفنية والتربوية التي ينبغي أن تتوافر في قنوات اليوتيوب التعليمية والاجتماعية والتي تمثلت في "جودة الفيديو والتنظيم البصري، وجودة الصوت، وتنظيم المحتوى والتحديث والاستمرارية، ومراعاة خصائص الفئة العمرية، وصدق المحتوى، والتفاعل والتعلم النشط، وجودة المحتوى وعرض المعلومات، والملاءمة الثقافية والأمان"، كذلك تحديد أفضلية قنوات اليوتيوب التعليمية والاجتماعية في ضوء تحليلها باستخدام قائمة المعايير الفنية والتربوية المقترحة، كذلك تحديد العلاقة بين الدرجات الكلية لقنوات اليوتيوب التعليمية والاجتماعية على قائمة المعايير، وبين عدد من المتغيرات (نمط العرض، تحديث المحتوى البنية والتنظيم، اللهجة المستخدمة، عدد الفيديوهات، متوسط زمن الفيديو، عدد المشتركين بالقناة تاريخ إنشاء القناة، إجمالي عدد المشاهدات، ومشاركة الأطفال في تقديم المحتوى)، وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة تطوير محتوى القنوات التعليمية والاجتماعية المقدمة عبر منصة اليوتيوب وفقاً لمعايير فنية وتربوية محددة تضمن تقديم محتوى ذو جودة عالية يلبي احتياجات الأطفال ويتوافق مع مراحل نموهم المختلفة مع تضمين قيم تتلاءم مع السياق والنسق السوسيوثقافي المحيط بالطفل.

The research aims to identify the technical and educational standards for educational and social video-sharing sites directed at kindergarten children, and to assess the extent to which these standards are met in the educational and social YouTube channels frequently watched by kindergarten children, as well as to determine the preference of these channels in light of these standards. The research relies on the descriptive-analytical method, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis of some of the most viewed YouTube channels among kindergarten children. The research sample consisted of 60 YouTube channels, divided into 30 educational channels and 30 social channels. The researcher utilized a form for collecting the names of YouTube channels (prepared by the researcher), as well as a general specifications form for the YouTube channels viewed by kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher), and a list of technical and educational standards for educational and social YouTube channels suitable for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher). The research results revealed the identification of a list of technical and educational standards that should be available in educational and social YouTube channels, which include "video quality and visual organization, sound quality, content organization, update and continuity, consideration of the age group characteristics, content accuracy, interaction and active learning, content quality and information presentation, cultural appropriateness, and safety." Additionally, the research determined the preference of educational and social YouTube channels in light of their analysis using the proposed technical and educational standards, Additionally, The research determined the relationship between the overall scores of educational and social YouTube channels on the standards list and several variables (presentation style, content updates, structure and organization, language used, number of videos, average video duration, number of channel subscribers, channel creation date, total number of views, and children's participation in content presentation). The research recommended the need to develop the content of educational and social channels provided through the YouTube platform according to specific technical and educational standards, ensuring the provision of high-quality content that meets children's needs and aligns with their different developmental stages, while incorporating values that correspond to the socio-cultural context surrounding the child.
