|a هدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم آليات لتطبيق التمكين الإداري للمعلمين بالمعاهد الأزهرية بمنطقة أسوان، ومعرفة أبرز معوقات تطبيقه وكيفية التغلب عليها، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة هذا البحث، كما تم تصميم استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (٤٠٠) معلما من معلمي المعاهد الأزهرية بمنطقة محافظة أسوان، وكانت من أهم النتائج: وجود العديد من معوقات تطبيق التمكين الإداري للمعلمين بالمعاهد الأزهرية بمنطقه أسوان، وقد ساهمت هذه النتائج في وضع آليات لتطبيق التمكين الإداري لتغلب على تلك معوقات.
|b This research sought to present mechanisms for implementing administrative empowerment for teachers in Al-Azhar institutes in the Aswan region, and to know the most prominent obstacles to its application and how to overcome them, The researcher relied on the use of the descriptive approach due to its relevance to the nature of this research, and a questionnaire was designed and applied to a sample of (400) teachers of Al-Azhar institutes teachers in the Aswan governorate, These results have contributed to the development of mechanisms for applying administrative empowerment to overcome obstacles.
