|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى: تقديم تصور مقترح لتطبيق متطلبات الإدارة بالتجوال بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق مدخل الإدارة بالتجوال بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة أسوان، ومعرفة أهم معوقات تطبيقه، وسبل التغلب عليها، كما استخدمت استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (۳۷۸) مديرا، من مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة أسوان.
|b Study title: Requirements for applying the itinerant management approach in basic education schools in Aswan Governorate The current study aimed to: present a proposed vision for applying the requirements for management by walking in basic education schools. The study used the descriptive approach to identify the requirements for applying the management by walking approach in basic education schools in Aswan Governorate, and to know the most important obstacles to its application and ways to overcome them. It also used a questionnaire that was applied to a sample. It consists of (378) principals from basic education schools in Aswan Governorate.
