The study aims to reveal the differences in the levels of creative thinking among pre-school children according to the degree of quality of the educational environment in the city of Jeddah. Using the descriptive and analytical approach. The study applied the quality evaluation scale in kindergarten, & Torrens test for creative thinking (b) , on a group of pre-school children numbering (100) children from (8) educational environments of different quality, the results showed that the level of creative thinking of pre-school children in the environment Educational with a low acceptable quality level, & it appeared that The children creative thinking level is average in educational environment with good quality, results reached many recommendations, including: the introduction of the results of a quality assessment tool in kindergarten, and providing encouragement to teachers for professional development to develop the creative thinking of pre-school children
