المستخلص: لا شك أن علم المصطلح، باعتباره مجالًا معرفيًا مهما من مجالات الدراسات اللغوية التطبيقية، قد شهد حراكًا واسعًا بغرض مواكبة الحراك المعرفي، والتطور العلمي الذي حل بالعالم في أعقاب الثورة الصناعية في منتصف القرن الثامن عشر. وعليه، فقد شهدت ترجمة المصطلحات العلمية في بلدان العالم كافة إقبالًا لا نظير له؛ حيث بات التكامل حاجة ضرورية بين المجتمعات في ظل التطورات العلمية الشاملة التي سادت هذه المجتمعات منذ مطلع الألفية الثانية، ولم يعد ممكنا لأي دولة أن تبدع وتبتكر وحدها في كل المجالات والتخصصات المعرفية. وفي ظل الكم الغزير والهائل من المعارف العلمية التي يتم إنتاجها باللغات الأجنبية، بات لزاما على كل لغة أن تطور من ذاتها، وإلا وجد أهلها أنفسهم في مؤخرة الركب. وعليه، فقد سعت الدراسة إلى معالجة إشكاليات ترجمة المصطلح العلمي إلى اللغة الفارسية، وتوضيح آليات نقله إلى هذه اللغة من منظور استراتيجيتي التوطين والتغريب لـ "لورانس فينوتي". وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على نماذج متنوعة من المصطلحات العلمية في شتى المجالات، والواردة بعدد من المعاجم المتخصصة باللغة الفارسية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى تنوع الإجراءات المستخدمة في ترجمة المصطلح العلمي إلى اللغة الفارسية عبر استراتيجيتي التوطين والتغريب. وإن كان لاستراتيجية التغريب النصيب الأكبر في هذه العملية نظرا اعتمادها بشكل كبير على عمليتي النقل الحرفي، والاقتراض.

There is no doubt that the science of the term, as an important field of knowledge in the fields of applied linguistic studies, has witnessed a wide movement in order to keep up with the cognitive movements and the scientific development that took place in the world in the wake of the industrial revolution in the middle of the 18th century. Therefore, I have witnessed the translation of scientific terms in all countries of the world without equal. Since the evolution is a necessary thing among the societies in the light of the comprehensive scientific developments that have affected these societies since the beginning of the second millennium, it is no longer possible for any country to innovate and innovate alone in all fields and knowledge specializations. And in light of the abundance and vastness of the scientific knowledge that is produced in foreign languages, it is necessary for all languages to develop themselves, otherwise the people will be at the back of the race. Therefore, the study time is not enough to solve the problems of translating the scientific term into the Persian language, and explaining the mechanisms of dealing with special meanings and concepts for the purpose of the strategy of nationalization and foreignization of "Lawrence Finotti". The study relied on a variety of models of scientific terms in various fields, which are mentioned in a number of specialized dictionaries in the Persian language.. The study concluded with the diversity of the procedures used in translating the scientific term into the Persian language through the strategies of domestication and foriegnization. Although the strategy of foriegnization had the largest share in this process, due to its reliance heavily on the two processes of literal transmission and borrowing.
