|a أُجريت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع حقوق اتخاذ القرار كمحدد من محددات البصمة التنظيمية لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمعاهد الأزهرية على عينة استطلاعية قوامها ۲۰ معلم ومعلمة عينة أساسية قوامها 133 معلم من معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمعاهد الأزهرية بالإدارات التعليمية الأزهرية وهي (إدارة شرق- إدارة غرب- إدارة شمال- إدارة جنوب- إدارة المعادي- إدارة القطامية بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوبه المسحي، ومن أدوات جمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان من تصميم الباحثة وقد اشتمل على ثمان عبارات، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أنه قد تحقق واقع حقوق اتخاذ القرار كمحدد من محددات البصمة التنظيمية بدرجة متوسطة بوزن نسبي قدره (٦٥%) تمثلت في تدريب المعلمين على كيفية اتخاذ قرارات سليمة وفعالة لتحسين الأداء الوظيفي، استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة بينها وبين المعلمين للإعلان عن قراراتها. ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة اهتمام المعاهد الأزهرية بتشجيع المعلمين على المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات الخاصة بالعملية التعليمية والاسترشاد بالتجارب السابقة ومقترحات المعلمين عند اتخاذ القرار.
|b This study was conducted to identify the reality of decision-making rights as a determinant of the organizational footprint of physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes, on an exploratory sample of 20 male and female teachers, and a basic sample of 133 physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes in the Al-Azhar educational administrations, which are East Administration- West Administration- North Administration - South Administration- Maadi Administration- Katameya Administration in the Greater Cairo Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in a survey style. Among the data collection tools, the researcher used a questionnaire designed by the researcher. It included eight statements. One of the most important results reached was that the reality of the rights to take Decision as a determinant of organizational footprint has a moderate degree with a relative weight of (65) represented in training teachers on how to make sound and effective decisions to improve job performance, Using modern means of communication between them and teachers to announce their decisions Among the most important recommendations is the need for Al-Azhar institutes to pay attention to encouraging teachers to participate in making decisions regarding the educational process and to be guided by previous experiences and teachers’ suggestions when making decisions.
