المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية وحدة تعليمية في ضوء مدخل التكامل (STEAM) القائم على المشروعات؛ لتنمية المفاهيم الرياضياتية، وبعض عادات العقل لدى أطفال الروضة. وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) طفل وطفلة بأحد الروضات التابعة لمكتب التعليم بشمال خميس مشيط، وتم إعداد قائمة بالمفاهيم الرياضياتية، وإعداد وحدة تعليمية في ضوء مدخل التكامل (STEAM) القائم على المشروعات، وإعداد دليل للمعلمة للاسترشاد به عند تطبيق الوحدة التعليمية، فضلا عن إعداد اختبار المفاهيم الرياضياتية، ومقياس عادات العقل، وتم التطبيق علي عينة البحث؛ حيث جاءت النتائج مؤكدة وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية، ودرجات أطفال المجموعة الضابطة في اختبار المفاهيم الرياضياتية المصور لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما وجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية، ودرجات أطفال المجموعة الضابطة في مقياس عادات العقل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية؛ مما يؤكد أن هناك فاعلية كبيرة للوحدة التعليمية في ضوء مدخل التكامل (STEAM) القائم على المشروعات، وجاءت توصيات البحث مؤكدة ضرورة تخطيط وحدات تعليمية في ضوء مدخل التكامل (STEAM) القائم على المشروعات؛ لتنمية المفاهيم الرياضياتية، وعادات العقل في جميع المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، ودمج مدخل التكامل (STEAM) القائم على المشروعات في جميع المواد الدراسية.

The aim of the current research is to measure the effectiveness of an educational unit in light of the project-based steam approach to develop mathematical concepts and some habits of mind in kindergarten children. The research sample consisted of (100) boys and girls in one of the kindergartens of the Education Office in North of Khamis Mushait. A list of mathematical concepts was prepared, and an educational unit was prepared in light of the steam project-based integration approach. A guide was prepared for the teacher to guide the application of the educational unit, and the preparation of the mathematical concepts test, as well as the preparation of the mental habits scale. The two research tools were applied to the research sample. The results confirmed the existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the children of the experimental group and the scores of the children of the control group in the mathematical concepts test in favor of the experimental group. also, confirmed the existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the children of the experimental group and the scores of the children of the control group in the mental habits scale in favor of the experimental group, which confirms that there is a great effectiveness of the educational unit in light of the integration approach (steam) based on projects. The research recommendations confirmed the need to plan educational units in light of the integration approach (steam) based on projects to develop mathematical concepts and habits of mind at all different educational stages, and integrate the integration approach (steam) based on projects in all subjects.
