|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استخدام أنشطة العلاج الوظيفي في تنمية مهارات النظافة والعناية الشخصية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة من الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد البسيط البالغ عددهم (٦) أطفال، والذين يتراوح أعمارهم من (٥- ٧) سنوات بمتوسط حسابي قدره (٦,٢٠) وانحراف معياري (٠,٦٥)، وتتراوح درجاتهم على مقياس جليام الإصدار الثالث (70- ٨٩) شريطة ألا يكون مصحوب بإعاقة أخرى ودرجة ذكائهم (70: 90) درجة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الأتية: (مقياس جيليام التقديري لتشخيص أعراض وشدة اضطراب التوحد الإصدار الثالث "GAR-3" (إعداد: عادل عبد الله محمد وعبير أبو المجد محمد، ٢٠٢٠)، مقياس ستانفورد -بينية الذكاء (الصورة الخامسة) (تقنين: محمود أبو النيل وآخرون، ٢٠١١)، مقياس مهارات النظافة والعناية الشخصية للأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد. (إعداد الباحثين)، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة فعالية استخدام أنشطة العلاج الوظيفي في تنمية مهارات النظافة والعناية الشخصية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد.
|b This study aimed to using occupational therapy Activities in developing hygiene and personal care skills for children with autism spectrum disorder. The study relied on the experimental method, the study sample consisted of a group of children with mild Autism Spectrum Disorder, totaling (6) children, their ages ranged from (5-7) years, With an arithmetic mean of (6.20) and a standard deviation of (0.65), with scores on the GARS-3 scale ranging from (70-89), provided that it was not accompanied by any other disability, and their IQ ranged from (70-90). The sample was selected from the City Communication Center for the Rehabilitation of People with Special Needs in Atfih, Giza. The researcher utilized the following tools: "Gilliam Autism Rating Scale - Third Edition (GAR-3)" (Prepared by: Adel Abdullah Mohamed and Abeer Abu Al-Majd Mohamed, 2020), Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale (Fifth Edition) (Standardized by: Mahmoud Abu Al-Nil and others, 2011), and a Hygiene and personal care skills for children with autism spectrum disorder Scale (Preparation of researchers). The study's results showed the effectiveness of the program based on using occupational therapy Activities in developing hygiene and personal care skills for children with autism spectrum disorde.
