|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن معوقات تحويل جامعة الكويت إلى جامعة ريادة الأعمال، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة بلغت (١٤٣) عضو هيئة تدريس بالجامعة، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن المتوسط الحسابي لمعوقات تطبيق نموذج جامعة ريادة الأعمال بجامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تراوح بين (3.07- 3.21)، حيث جاء مجال (المعوقات التنظيمية- والإدارية) في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.21)، وبانحراف معياري بلغ (0.787)، وبدرجة (متوسطة)، وجاء مجال (المعوقات التشريعية) في المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.07)، وبانحراف معياري بلغ (0.831)، وبدرجة (متوسطة)، وفي ضوء ذلك وضع البحث مجموعة من التوصيات للحد من هذه المعوقات أو القضاء عليها لتحويل جامعة الكويت إلى جامعة ريادة الأعمال.
|b The aim of the current research is to uncover the obstacles to transforming Kuwait University into an entrepreneurship university. It used the descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire to a sample of (143) faculty members at the university. It reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The arithmetic mean of the obstacles to applying the entrepreneurship university model at Kuwait University From the point of view of faculty members, it ranged between (3.07- 3.21), where the field of (organizational and administrative obstacles) came in first place with the highest arithmetic mean of (3.21), with a standard deviation of (0.787), and a degree of (medium), and the field of (legislative obstacles) came ranked fourth and last, with a mean of (3.07) a standard deviation of (0.831), and a degree of (medium). In light of this, the research developed a set of recommendations to reduce or eliminate these obstacles to transform Kuwait University into an entrepreneurship university.
