|a هدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن متطلبات تطوير الأداء التنظيمي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة في مصر، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: ضعف بعض المدارس في تحديد أهدافها بشكل واضح ومعلن للعاملين، وقصور بعض المدارس في تحقيق الموائمة بين الأهداف التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها وبين أسلوب العمل المطلوب، وضعف بعض المدارس في امتلاك خطة استراتيجية وتشغيلية متفق عليها بين كل المستويات الإدارية، وعزوف بعض الإدارات بالمدارس عن النظر للمنافسين باستمرار وضعف تطلعهم إلى تحقيق التميز في الأداء، وعدم توافر بعض المهارات اللازمة لاختيار أفضل الطرق لتطبيقها لتطوير الأداء، قصور بعض المدارس في بذل الجهود المناسبة للتوعية بالاستدامة التنظيمية، وضعف استخدام الاستدامة التنظيمية كميزة تنافسية للمدرسة.
|b The goal of the current research is to uncover the requirements for developing organizational performance in public secondary schools in Egypt. The current research used the descriptive approach, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: the weakness of some schools in defining their goals clearly and publicly for employees, and the failure of some schools to achieve harmonization between the goals they seek. To achieve it and the required work method, the weakness of some schools in having a strategic and operational plan agreed upon between all administrative levels, the reluctance of some school administrations to constantly look at competitors and their weak aspiration to achieve excellence in performance, and the lack of some of the necessary skills to choose the best methods to apply to develop performance, The failure of some schools to make appropriate efforts to raise awareness of organizational sustainability, and the weak use of organizational sustainability as a competitive advantage for the school.
