|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة هندسة الذات ومعرفة أثرها على الاحتراق النفسي والتفكير الإيجابي عند أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية والمهارات الاستقلالية لدى أطفالهن، وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة والذي يعتمد على القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمتغيرات البحث، حيث أعدت الباحثة أدوات البحث ومادته وهي: مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لأمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، مقياس التفكير الإيجابي لأمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الاستقلالية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بالإضافة إلى البرنامج القائم على هندسة الذات، وتم استخدام العديد من المعالجات الإحصائية للتوصل إلى نتائج البحث والتي أشارت إلى فاعلية البرنامج في التقليل من حدة الاحتراق النفسي عند الأمهات وزيادة مستوى التفكير الإيجابي لديهن مع تنمية المهارات الاستقلالية لدى أطفالهن والذي يظهر في الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث، وخلص البحث للعديد من التوصيات من بينها الاهتمام بتفعيل مكونات هندسة الذات في الخدمات النفسية المقدمة لأولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
|b The current research aimed at studying self-engineering and its impact on psychological burnout and positive thinking of mothers of children with intellectual disabilities and the independent skills of their children. The sample of the research consisted of (34) mothers divided into both (17) experimental and (17) control group Quasi-experimental design was utilized in this research for pre and post testing. The researcher designed tools; psychological burnout scale for mothers of children with intellectual disabilities, positive thinking scale for mothers of children with intellectual disabilities, independent skills observation card for children with intellectual disabilities and a self-engineering program to be administered. Statistical analysis was used to reach results. It indicated that the program had a great impact in decreasing the intensity of psychological burnout and increasing the positive thinking level of mothers as well as developing independent skills for their children with intellectual disabilities through significant differences among means of both experimental and control groups over pre and post testing favoring the experimental group. The research ended with some recommendations such as activating self-engineering components in psychological services provided for parents of children with special needs.
