|a هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر، وسبل مواجهتها، وسعي البحث للإجابة عن عدة أسئلة وهي: ما المقصود بالتنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر؟ وما أهم مداخلها؟، وما التحديات التي تواجه التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي؟، وما سبل مواجهة تحديات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر؟. وتضمن البحث أربعة محاور جاء المحور الأول منها عن الإطار العام للبحث من خلال عرض مقدمة البحث ومشكلته والأسئلة البحثية التي يسعى للإجابة عنها، وأهداف البحث وأهميته وخطوات السير فيه، وتضمن المحور الثاني المقصود بالتنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي ومفهومها وأهم مداخلها ومن بينها: المدخل القائم على المعلم، والمدخل القائم على التكنولوجيا المستخدمة في مجال التنمية المهنية للمعلم، والمدخل القائم على الكفايات الوظيفية والمهنية للمعلم، والمدخل القائم على المدرسة كبيئة للعمل والتنمية المهنية للمعلم. في حين تضمن المحور الثالث للبحث التحديات التي تواجه التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي، وتضمن المحور الرابع للبحث سبل مواجهة تحديات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر.
|b The research aimed to reveal the challenges facing the professional development of pre-university education teachers in Egypt and ways to confront them. The research sought to answer several questions namely: What is meant by the professional development of pre-university education teachers in Egypt? What are its most important inputs? What are the challenges facing the professional development of pre-university teachers? What are the ways to face the challenges of professional development for pre-university teachers in Egypt? The research included four axes the first of which came about the general framework of the research by presenting the introduction of the research its problem the research questions it seeks to answer the objectives of the research its importance and the steps to proceed in it. On the teacher the technology-based approach is used in the field of professional development for the teacher the approach is based on the functional and professional competencies of the teacher and the approach is based on the school as a work environment and for the professional development of the teacher. While the third axis of the research included the challenges facing the professional development of pre-university education teachers and the fourth axis of the research included ways to meet the challenges of professional development for pre-university education teachers in Egypt.
