المستخلص: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية الأنظمة الذكية وأهميتها في مجال التعليم، وتحديد خصائص التعليم الذكي، وتوضيح أهمية توظيف تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية التعلمية، في ظل تنافس النظم التعليمية والسياسات التربوية في مختلف دول العالم وسعيها إلى تبني منجزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بناء تجارب تعليمية فريدة، تتجاوز حدود الزمان والمكان، وتوفر تعليما جيدا وشاملا ومنصفا للجميع مدى الحياة. كما جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي، وكيفيات استخدامه إجرائيا في مجال التعليم لتطوير عمليات التعليم والتعلم، وتوفير تجارب مخصصة للمتعلمين، تتناسب مع قدراتهم الإدراكية والوجدانية، وتسهم في تمكين المعلمين، وزيادة كفاءاتهم، وتحسين استراتيجيات التعليم الخاصة بهم. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع وتحليل ما تعلق بأدبيات الدراسة، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال خصائصه، ونظمه الذكية في مجال التعليم، مع ضرورة استثمار منجزاته في تطوير أساليب التعليم واستراتيجياته، لمواكبة التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، وتحقيق الممارسة الفعلية للفكر التربوي في الواقع والمشاركة في دعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة للدول.

This study sought to identify the nature of intelligent systems and their importance in the field of education, to identify the characteristics of intelligent education, and to clarify the importance of using artificial intelligence technology to advance the teaching and learning process, in light of the competition of educational systems and educational policies in various countries around the world and their efforts to adopt the achievements of artificial intelligence in building unique educational experiences that transcend the boundaries of time and space and provide quality, comprehensive and equitable education for all throughout life. This study revealed the benefits of artificial intelligence and how to use it procedurally in the field of education to develop teaching and learning processes and provide personalized experiences to learners, commensurate with their cognitive and emotional abilities, and contribute to empowering teachers, increasing their skills and improving their teaching strategies. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to collect and analyze what is related to the literature of the study. This study concluded the importance of artificial intelligence technology through its characteristics and intelligent systems in the field of education, with the need to invest its achievements in the development of teaching methods and strategies, to keep pace with scientific and technological progress, and realize the real practice of educational thinking in reality, and participate in supporting the sustainable development goals of countries
