|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور جودة خدمات التعليم العالي وإسهامها في تعزيز سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة جامعة باتنة 1، لغرض ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وعلى الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (296) أستاذ جامعي، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الإحصائي (SPSS version 27) توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور إيجابي ضعيف نوعا ما لجودة خدمات التعليم العالي في تعزيز سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة جامعة باتنة 1، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود مستوى متوسط لجودة خدمات التعليم العالي من منظور الأساتذة ووجود مستوى مرتفع في سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لديهم، وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة قمنا بتوجيه مجموعة من التوصيات إلى صناع القرار بالجامعة.
|b This study aims to highlight the role of the quality of higher education services and its contribution to strengthening organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) among the professors of the University of Batna 1. For this purpose, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach and on the questionnaire which was distributed to a random sample of (296) professors. For data analysis, the statistical package program SPSS version 27 was used. The study found a moderately weak positive role for the quality of higher education services in promoting (OCBs) among the professors of the University of Batna 1. Additionally, the results revealed an average level in the quality of higher education services from the professors' perspective and a high level of their (OCBs). In light of the previous findings, we directed a set of recommendations to the university’s decision makers.
