|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى توافر معايير التميز الإداري في رياض الأطفال في ضوء أنموذج EFQM، وتعرف الفروق تبعا لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) لمدى توافر معايير التميز الإداري في رياض الأطفال في ضوء أنموذج EFQM، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتكونت العينة من (93) معلمة تم سحبها بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: - إن توافر معايير التميز الإداري في رياض الأطفال في ضوء أنموذج EFQM كان بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة دمشق حول مدى توافر معايير التميز الإداري وفق أنموذج EFQM تعبا لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة)، واقترحت الدراسة تفويض المديرات بالمزيد من الصلاحيات الإدارية وتعزيز مشاركة المعلمات في اتخاذ القرار، وتنفيذ دورات تتعلق بمعايير التميز الإداري في رياض الأطفال.
|b The study aimed to identify the extent to which standards of administrative excellence are available in kindergartens in the light of the EFQM model, and to identify differences according to the variables (educational qualification and years of experience) of the availability of standards of administrative excellence in kindergartens in the light of the EFQM model. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool. To collect data and information, and it consisted of (93) female teachers who were drawn using the simple random sampling method, and the following results were reached: -The extent of the availability of administrative excellence standards in kindergartens in the light of the EFQM model was moderately high, and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of kindergarten teachers' answers in the city of Damascus about the availability of administrative excellence standards according to the EFQM model according to the two variables (educational qualification and years of experience, The study suggested delegating female principals with more administrative powers, enhancing teachers’ participation in decision-making, and implementing courses related to standards of administrative excellence in kindergartens.
