|a جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية كرد على التغيرات المتسارعة والتحديات التي تشهدها المجتمعات، والانشغالات الجديدة التي تعيشها الدولة لا سيما قطاع التعليم العالي وكيف يمكن للجامعة أن تحتضن مهن المستقبل. يأتي ذلك في إطار المحاولة لبناء وإرساء مشروع التحديث قصد التفتح على السوق، التي تتسم اليوم بالتنافسية ومن خلاله يتم خلق فرص جديدة لمهنة كانت تقليدية في الماضي القريب لكنها أصبحت اليوم مطالبة وملزمة بالتكيف مع المستجدات ومطالب الدولة التي هي الأخرى بحاجة إلى التأقلم مع المرجعيات العالمية والمقاييس الجديدة في مشاريعها، وكذا الآليات المتطورة في أدائها. ثم التطرق إلى الاستراتيجية الناجعة لجامعة مبتكرة والضمانات الواجب توفرها من أجل إنجاح المسعى.
|b This study aims to address the new issues facing societies, particularly in the field of higher education, the quick changes and difficulties that societies are witnessing , and the ways in which universities might adapt to the careers of the future. In order to open up to the market, which is now competitive and through which new opportunities are created for a profession that was traditional in the recent past, this is achieved by attempting to build and establish a modernization project. Due to the need to adapt to new developments and state demands, as well as to global references, new standards in its projects, and advanced mechanisms in its performance, then discussed the successful strategy of an innovative university and the guarantees that must be provided for its success.
