|a تؤثر الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية والأعراض المصاحبة لها بشكل كبير على صحة الأفراد، مما يتطلب توفير تدخلات نفسية مناسبة. العديد من الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية تتميز بكونها مزمنة من جهة، وتؤثر بشكل كبير على الجسد من جهة ثانية، وتظهر عدد من الأعراض النفسية المصاحبة. من باب التفكير في التكفل والعلاج النفسي فإن مراعاة هذه النقاط جد مهم، وعليه جاء إسهام العلاج باليقظة الذهنية، والعلاج بالتقبل والالتزام في هذا. نحاول من خلال هذه النظرة العامة تسليط الضوء على طبيعة هذين العلاجين، ونلفت الانتباه إلى بعض الإسهامات التي يقدمانها في حقل الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية.
|b Psychosomatic disorders and their associated symptoms affect in the health of individuals, which lead build of appropriate psychological interventions. Many psychosomatic disorders are characterized by being chronic, and affecting the body on the other hand, and a number of accompanying psychological symptoms appear. In terms of thinking about psychological treatment, observance of these points is very important, and accordingly came the contribution of mindfulness therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy in this. Through this overview, we try to shed light on the nature of these two psychological therapies, and draw attention to some of the contributions they make with psychosomatic disorders.
