|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتحقق من فعالية برنامج القيادة التحويلية في تنمية الذات الإيجابية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في أبو ظبي، وأجريت على عينة مكونة من (30) معلم ومعلمة يدرسون المرحلة الابتدائية في أبو ظبي، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين (15) معلم ومعلمة كمجموعة تجريبية و(15) معلم ومعلمة كمجموعة ضابطة، ممن يتراوح أعمارهن بين 28- 35 سنة، بانحراف معياري وقدره (1.5) ، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي لتنفيذ إجراءات الدراسة، وتم استخدام مقياس الذات الإيجابية والبرنامج القائم على القيادة التحويلية وهما من إعداد الباحثة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فعالية البرنامج في تعزيز الذات الإيجابية لدى أفراد العينة التجريبية، حيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياس القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي، ووجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ولم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي للمجموعة التجريبية، وأوصت الدراسة بالاستعانة بفنيات القيادة التحويلية لدعم الإيجابية بين المعلمين.
|b The current study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a transformational leadership program in fostering positive self-concept among primary school teachers in Abu Dhabi. The study was conducted on a sample of 30 teachers, both male and female, teaching at the primary level in Abu Dhabi. The sample was divided into two groups: 15 teachers as an experimental group and 15 teachers as a control group, with ages ranging from 28 to 35 years and a standard deviation of 1.5. A quasi -experimental methodology was employed to implement the study procedures. The researcher developed both a Positive Self-Concept Scale and a transformational leadership-based program for the study The results revealed the program's effectiveness in enhancing the positive self-concept of participants in the experimental group. There were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test in favor of the post-test for the experimental group. Additionally, significant differences were found between the mean ranks of the experimental and control groups in the post-test, in favor of the experimental group. No statistically significant differences were found between the mean ranks of the experimental group's post-measurement and follow-up test. The study recommended applying transformational leadership techniques to support positivity among teachers.
