|a هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة مستوى الطموح لدى طلاب وطالبات كلية التربية بجامعة نجران ومعرفة علاقة مستوى الطموح بكل من المساندة الاجتماعية ومركز الضبط الداخلي، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروق والاختلافات بين عينة الطلاب وعينة الطالبات في كل من مستوى الطموح ومركز الضبط الداخلي والمساندة الاجتماعية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى إسهام كل من مركز الضبط الداخلي والمساندة الاجتماعية في التنبؤ بمستوى الطموح، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۳۰٥) طالب وطالبة بكلية التربية بجامعة نجران تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وقد استخدم الباحث مقياس مستوى الطموح من إعداد (Abdelrazek, 2016)، ومقياس مركز الضبط الداخلي ومقياس المساندة الاجتماعية من إعداد الباحث، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الطموح والمساندة الاجتماعية ومركز الضبط الداخلي، كما كشفت الدراسة عن فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب والطالبات في كل من مستوى الطموح ومركز الضبط الداخلي في اتجاه عينة الطالبات، بينما لم توجد فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب والطالبات في المساندة الاجتماعية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إسهام كل من مركز الضبط الداخلي والمساندة الاجتماعية في التنبؤ بمستوى الطموح، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات.
|b the study aimed to find out the level of aspiration among male and female students of the College of Education at Najran University and know the relationship between level of aspiration , social support and internal locus control. and knowing the differences between male and female students in each of the level of aspiration ,internal locus of control and social support, in addition to discovering the extent of the contribution of each of internal locus of control and social support in predicting the level of ambition. The study sample consisted of (305) male and female students who were chosen in an intentional manner. The author used the level of aspiration scale prepared by )Abdelrazek,2016(. Internal locus of control scale and social support scale prepared by the author. The results of the study showed a statistically significant relationship between level of aspiration, social support and t internal locus of control, and the study also revealed statistically significant differences between male and female students in each of the level of aspiration , internal locus of control towards the sample of female students, while there were no statistically significant differences between male and female students in social support. results of the study also showed the contribution of each internal locus of control, social support predicting the level of aspiration. In light of these results, the study presented a set of recommendations.
