|a أصبحت مصادر التعلم المفتوحة واقعا ملموسا في التعلم الإلكتروني والتعليم عن بعد، وانتشرت بشكل واسع على شبكة الإنترنت لقدرتها على تحقيق عديد من الأهداف التعليمية بكفاءة عالية. ومع هذا الكم الهائل من المصادر المفتوحة أصبح إيجاد مصدر تعلم ذي جودة عالية يمثل صعوبة بالغة عند اختياره واستخدامه بدقة داخل بنية المقررات الإلكترونية المعتمدة بالجامعات السعودية من دون معايير علمية. لذا أصبح من الضرورة الحتمية معايرة اختيار مصادر التعلم المفتوحة واستخدامها في المقررات الإلكترونية بشكل علمي دقيق. لذا استهدف البحث التوصل لمعايير علمية دقيقة لاختيار مصادر التعلم المفتوحة واستخدامها في المقررات الإلكترونية، عبر اتباعه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستخلاص هذه المعايير من الأدبيات التربوية ونتائج البحوث السابقة (٣٢ بحث) التي توصل إليها، وصيغت في استبيان مقنن مكون من (٦٦) معيار فرعي ضمن سبعة محاور رئيسية، وعُرض على (٥٩) عضو هيئة تدريس من ذوي الاختصاص بالمجال استجابوا فعليا للاستبيان، واتضح صلاحية جميع المعايير لتطبيقها بعد تقدير الوزن النسبي لدرجات الاستجابة على بنود الاستبيان. وحصلت جميعها على متوسط حسابي مرتفع، بما يدعو للاطمئنان لمعايير هذه القائمة في اختيار مصادر التعلم المفتوحة واستخدامها في المقررات الإلكترونية لتجاوزها حد الانحراف المعياري الأول في المنحنى الاعتدالي. وخلُص البحث لعدة توصيات كان أهمها الأخذ بقائمة المعايير العلمية التي توصل إليها البحث كقائمة معيارية عند اختيار مصادر التعلم المفتوحة واستخدامها في المقررات الإلكترونية.
|b Open Educational Resources (OER) have become a reality in e-Learning and Distance Education, it has spread widely on the Internet for its ability to achieve many educational goals with high efficiency, with this huge number of OER, finding a high-quality educational source has become very difficult when selected and used accurately within the structure of e-Courses approved in Saudi universities without scientific standards. Therefore, it has become imperative to calibrate the selection of OER and their use in e-Courses in a scientific and accurate manner. Therefore, the research aimed to reach accurate scientific criteria for the selection of OER and their use in e-Courses. The research extracted these standards from the educational literature and the results of previous research (32 research) it reached. It was formulated in a standardized questionnaire consisting of (66) sub-criteria within seven main axes, and it was presented to (59) academics and specialists who responded to the questionnaire. It became clear that all criteria were valid for application after estimating the relative weight of the response scores on the questionnaire items. All of them obtained a high arithmetic mean, which calls for reassurance of the items on this list in selecting OER and using them in e-Courses for exceeding the first standard deviation limit in the mean curve. The research concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which was the introduction of the list of Scientific criteria reached by the research as a standard list when selecting OER and using them in e-Courses.
