|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لتوظيف الدراسات التربوية البينية في برنامج الدراسات العليا بالجامعات السعودية من خلال الكشف عن واقع توظيف الدراسات التربوية البينية في برنامج الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية، والوقوف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه توظيف الدراسات التربوية البينية في برنامج الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية، وتحديد متطلبات توظيف الدراسات التربوية البينية في برنامج الدراسات العليا من وجهة نظرهم بتلك الجامعات، حيث اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت الباحثة استبانة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض الجامعات السعودية (جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وجامعة الملك سعود، وجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وجامعة المجمعة)؛ وأسفرت النتائج إلى أن الدراسات التربوية البينية في برنامج الدراسات العليا موظفة بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأن عينة البحث توافق بدرجة (متوسطة) على كل من التحديات البشرية، والمنهجية، والإجرائية التي تواجه توظيف الدراسات التربوية البينية في برنامج الدراسات العليا، وعلى المتطلبات البشرية والمنهجية والإجرائية لهذا التوظيف وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: عقد الجامعات لاتفاقات تعاونية وشراكات بين مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة القطاع الخاص والقطاع الحكومي من خلال قيام الجامعات السعودية بإمداد قطاعات الأعمال بقاعدة بيانات لتعريفهم بالتخصصات التربوية البينية ومتطلبات التوظيف في تلك التخصصات لمواءمة احتياجات سوق العمل.
|b the present study aims to develop a proposal for the employment of interdisciplinary educational studies in the postgraduate program at Saudi universities by identifying the reality of the employment of interdisciplinary studies in the postgraduate program from the perspective of faculty members at Saudi universities, illustrating the challenges of this employment from the perspective of faculty members, and determining the requirements for this employment from the perspective of faculty members at Saudi universities. It adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher applied a questionnaire to a sample of faculty members at some Saudi universities (King Abdulaziz University, King Saud University, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, and Majmaah University). The results showed that the interdisciplinary educational studies in the postgraduate program were adopted with a moderate degree. The participants agreed with a moderate degree on the human, methodological, and procedural challenges facing the employment of interdisciplinary educational studies in the postgraduate program and the human, methodological, and procedural requirements for employment. The study recommended that universities conclude cooperation agreements and partnerships with community institutions by providing business sectors with a database of interdisciplinary educational specializations and the requirements for their employment to fulfill the needs of the labor market.
