|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد مشكلات التعليم عن بعد بقسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة جنوب الوادي من وجهة نظر الطلاب ودراستها لوضع الحلول المناسبة لها، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج المسحي الميداني، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها، أن التعليم عن بعد يساعد في القضاء علي مشكلة زيادة أعداد الطلاب المسجلين مع النقص في المباني الدراسية، كذلك يوفر التعليم عن بعد فرصة لأكبر عدد من المتعلمين للاطلاع على الدروس والمحاضرات وتحميلها، وكذلك يوفر الوقت المبذول للوصول إلى مكان الدراسة وتوفير مصاريف شراء المواد والكتب الدراسية، كما يوفر فرصة الحيز للمتعلمين غير القادرين علي الحضور، كذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من التعلم في جامعات في مستوى تطلعاتهم، وأيضا التعليم عن بعد يحفز التعليم الذاتي، يلاحظ أن للتعليم عن بعد أهمية من وجهة نظر الطلاب، حيث أن التعليم عن بعد يزيد من فهم المادة العلمية وكذلك يساعد الطلاب علي الإبداع والابتكار وجعل العملية التعليمة مزدوجة الاتجاه ليست في اتجاه واحد وغير مقتصرة علي دور المعلم كونه مصدر وحيد للمعلومات، كما انه وجدت مجموعة من المشكلات من وجهة نظر الطلاب، منها ارتفاع تكاليف الاشتراك في الأنترنت، وكذلك انقطاع الشبكة ، وعدم توفير دورات تدريبية قبل البدء في عملية التعليم عن بعد، وعدم القدرة على التواصل مع المعلمين مباشرة.
|b This study aims to monitor the problems of distance education in the Department of Libraries and Information at South Valley University from the point of view of students and study them to develop appropriate solutions to them, and the field survey approach has been relied upon, and this study has reached several results, including, that distance education helps eliminate the problem of increasing the number of students enrolled with the shortage of study buildings, as well as distance education provides an opportunity for the largest number of learners to see and download lessons and lectures, as well as saves time Efforts to reach the place of study and save the expenses of purchasing materials and textbooks, and also provides the opportunity of space for learners who are unable to attend, such as those with special needs from learning in universities at the level of their aspirations, and also distance education stimulates self-education, it is noted that distance education is important from the point of view of students, as distance education increases understanding of scientific material as well as helps students to creativity and innovation and make the two-way educational process not in one direction and is not limited to The role of the teacher being the only source of information, as he found a set of problems from the point of view of students, including the high costs of subscription to the Internet, as well as network interruptions, failure to provide training courses before starting the distance education process, and the inability to communicate with teachers directly.
