المستخلص: تركزت أهداف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن المشكلات المرتبطة بالمقررات الإلكترونية وأدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي في التخفيف منها وبعض المقترحات للتخفيف من تلك المشكلات. وتنتمي هذ الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية وقد استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل وبالعينة. طبقت الدراسة على عشرة كليات بجامعة أسيوط خمسة كليات عملية وخمسة كليات نظرية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) طالب جامعي والحصر الشامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين برعاية شباب الكليات محل التطبيق وبلغ عددهم (32) مفردة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد الأدوات التالية: استمارة استبيان للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب واستمارة استبيان للطلاب الجامعيين. وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: يستغرق التعليم الإلكتروني الكثير من الوقت والجهد" وذلك بقوة نسبية بلغت (73.42%) وبمتوسط مرجح قدره (2.20) من عينة الدراسة من الطلاب الجامعيين، وقد يرجع هذا إلى حداثة عهد الطلاب باستعماله وكذلك قلة تدريبهم عليه ومن ثم لم يتمكنوا من ممارسته بسهولة في البداية، كثرة التكليفات والواجبات الدراسية" وذلك بقوة نسبية بلغت (73.15%) وبمتوسط مرجح قدره (2.19) من عينة الدراسة من الطلاب الجامعيين، وقد يرجع هذا إلى اختلاف أسلوب التقويم بدلا من الورقي تحول للإلكتروني ونتيجة عدم تعود الطلاب عليه فيشعروا بأنه كثير ومرهق.

The objectives of the current study focused on revealing the problems associated with electronic courses and the roles of the social worker in alleviating them and some proposals to alleviate them. This study belongs to the descriptive studies and the researcher used the comprehensive social survey method and the sample. The study was applied to ten faculties at Assiut University, five practical faculties and five theoretical faculties. The study sample consisted of (400) university students and a comprehensive census of all social workers working in caring for the youth of the faculties subject to the application, and their number reached (32) individuals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared the following tools: a questionnaire form for social workers in youth care departments and a questionnaire form for university students. The study reached the following results: E-learning takes a lot of time and effort" with a relative strength of (73.42%) and a weighted average of (2.20) from the study sample of university students. This may be due to the students' recent use of it as well as their lack of training on it, and thus they were not able to practice it easily at the beginning. The large number of assignments and school duties" with a relative strength of (73.15%) and a weighted average of (2.19) from the study sample of university students. This may be due to the difference in the evaluation method instead of paper, it was converted to electronic and as a result of students not being accustomed to it, they feel that it is a lot and exhausting.
